How this works

2 Once enough divisions have their pools set up, come back here and generate the court schedule below — it covers every division's pool matches at once, sharing the available courts evenly between them.

3 Bracket rounds aren't part of this — once a division's bracket is ready, assign courts to those matches manually on its Bracket tab as they come up.

Player Match Schedules

How this works

▸

1 Build player schedules once entrants are in — it finds every player name across all your divisions.

2 Where the same name shows up in more than one division, confirm whether that's genuinely one person before they're linked together — this keeps one player's matches across multiple divisions on a single link, without risking two different people (e.g. two "John Smith"s) getting merged by mistake.

3 Each confirmed player gets their own Tournament Day link/QR code — hand these out at check-in. Nothing here requires the player to sign up or log in.

This link/QR set is the access key to a player's own matches and scoring — treat it like the club's tournament-day sign-in sheet, not something to post publicly. Anyone holding a specific player's link can view and score that player's matches.

Bracket Format

Losers get a second chance in a losers bracket. If the losers-bracket finalist beats the winners-bracket finalist, a deciding bracket-reset match is played, since neither has lost twice yet.

e.g. quarters best-of-1 to 11, semis best-of-3 to 15, final best-of-3 to 21. Leave off to use the division's normal scoring for every round.
