🔐
Step 1 — Sign In or Create an Account
  1. 1
    Open K6PTM
You'll land on the Sign In screen. If you don't have an account yet, tap Sign Up.
  2. 2
    Sign in or sign up
Enter your email and password, or tap Continue with Google. New accounts start as Member — see the Admin Guide for how Admin access works.
  3. 3
    Select your club
First-time sign-ups are asked to choose a club from the list. If your club isn't listed yet, this becomes a pending request until an Admin creates the club and links your account.
Your role badge shows in the top-right of the header once signed in. Tap it any time to open your profile, change your password, or sign out.
🏆
Step 2 — Create a Tournament
  1. 1
    Tap the + button
On the Tournaments screen (Admin only). Fill in name, start date, optional end date (for multi-day events), venue, and number of courts.
  2. 2
Decide Club vs Club or not
Turn on Club vs Club tournament if you want an overall club total tracked alongside individual results. This locks doubles divisions to fixed, same-club teams — rotating partners won't be available. This can't be changed once divisions exist, so decide up front.
  3. 3
    Create
Tap Create. You're taken into the tournament's Tournament Overview screen.
📂
Step 3 — Add Divisions
  1. 1
Tap + on the Divisions list
Give it a name (e.g. "Men's Doubles 3.5"), pick Singles or Doubles, and for doubles choose Fixed teams or Rotating partners.
  2. 2
    Set the scoring format
Race to a point target (choose best of 1/3/5, points to win, win by 1 or 2) or a timed format.
  3. 3
    Repeat for each division
Format and partner mode lock once entrants are added — remove all entrants first if you need to change them.
👥
Step 4 — Add Entrants
  1. 1
    Open a division
Tap it from the Divisions list — you land on its Entrants tab.
  2. 2
Add entrants one at a time, or import from your club
Tap + for a single entrant (player name, club, optional seed), or the club icon to import members already registered to your club.
🎱
Step 5 — Set Up Pools & Generate Round Robin
  1. 1
    Choose your pool count
Tap Pools Setting to choose 1–4 pools for the division.
  2. 2
    Assign entrants to pools
Tap Randomize for a shuffled draw, or Snake Seed to spread seeded entrants evenly across pools. Tap the ⓘ next to either button for a plain-language explanation.
  3. 3
    Generate the round robin
Tap Generate Round Robin Schedule. Re-generating replaces any existing matches for that division.
📅
Step 6 — Generate the Court/Game Schedule
  1. 1
    Set up every division first
Once all divisions have round robins generated, go to the Tournament Overview screen's Court/Game Schedule tab.
  2. 2
    Generate
Tap Generate Court/Game Schedule. This allocates every match across your available courts and time slots for the whole tournament.
🏅
Step 7 — Enter Scores, Check Standings, Run the Bracket
  1. 1
    Enter scores as matches finish
Inside a division's Matches tab, tap a match to enter game scores.
  2. 2
    Watch Standings update live
The Standings panel on the Matches tab ranks entrants as pool play progresses.
  3. 3
    Generate the bracket
Once pool play is complete, tap Generate Bracket. It seeds the top 2 from each pool (or top 4 if you only ran one pool) into a single-elimination bracket.
Done! Print score sheets or export results to CSV from the Matches tab, or from the Court/Game Schedule tab for the whole tournament.

Entrants

  2. 2
    Import from your club
Tap the club icon to pull in members already registered to your club instead of typing each one in.
🎱
Pools
MethodWhat it does
RandomizeShuffles every entrant into a random order, then deals them evenly into pools one at a time. Seed numbers are ignored — use this for a casual or social draw.
Snake SeedSorts entrants by seed, then deals them into pools in a back-and-forth pattern (Pool A gets seed 1, Pool B seed 2, then reverses) so no single pool ends up with all the top seeds. Unseeded entrants are shuffled in afterwards.
Choose the number of pools (1–4) via Pools Setting before assigning entrants.
📋
Matches, Standings & Round Robin
  1. 1
    Generate the round robin
From the Pools tab, once entrants are assigned. Creates every pool match for the division. Re-generating replaces existing matches.
