| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Format | Singles or Doubles. |
| Partner Mode (doubles only) | Fixed teams (register together) or Rotating partners (pool play mixes partners each round). Rotating is disabled for Club vs Club tournaments. |
| Bracket Team Pairing (rotating doubles only) | Best + worst (balanced), Best + best (strongest teams), or pair manually after pools — applies when freezing rotating partners into bracket teams. |
| Scoring Format | Race to a point target (choose best of 1/3/5, points to win, win by 1 or 2) or Timed. |
| Day (multi-day tournaments only) | Which day of the tournament this division plays on. |

- 2Import from your clubTap the club icon to pull in members already registered to your club instead of typing each one in.
| Method | What it does |
|---|---|
| Randomize | Shuffles every entrant into a random order, then deals them evenly into pools one at a time. Seed numbers are ignored — use this for a casual or social draw. |
| Snake Seed | Sorts entrants by seed, then deals them into pools in a back-and-forth pattern (Pool A gets seed 1, Pool B seed 2, then reverses) so no single pool ends up with all the top seeds. Unseeded entrants are shuffled in afterwards. |
- 1Generate the round robinFrom the Pools tab, once entrants are assigned. Creates every pool match for the division. Re-generating replaces existing matches.
- 2Enter scoresTap a match on the Matches tab to record its score.
