These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of K6 Pickleball Session Manager ("K6PSM") and K6 Pickleball Tournament Manager ("K6PTM") (together, the "Apps"), operated by K6Pickleball (ABN 12 608 517 973) ("K6 Pickleball", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using either App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Apps.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Apps.
Accounts are created and managed by pickleball clubs and their administrators. If you were added to a club by an admin, that club is responsible for the accuracy of the information they've entered about you (name, rating, etc.) unless you update it yourself.
Each account has one role in K6PSM and, independently, one role in K6PTM: Member, or Admin. Being an admin in one App does not grant admin access in the other.
K6PSM helps clubs organize round-robin and other pickleball session formats: player check-in, round generation, live scoring, and results.
K6PTM helps clubs and tournament directors run pickleball tournaments: divisions, pools, brackets, scheduling, and live results.
Both Apps rely on club admins and tournament directors entering accurate information and are provided as organizational tools — we don't referee your matches, verify player ratings, or guarantee the accuracy of any schedule, score, or bracket a club admin enters or edits.
Core account creation and participation (joining a club, playing in sessions/tournaments, viewing your own results) is free.
Admin-level features in each App are available via subscription, described in full in our Payment and Refunds Policy. In short:

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity — see our Community Guidelines for how we handle conduct issues specifically.
You retain ownership of information you provide (your name, rating, profile details). By entering it, you give us permission to store, display it to relevant club members/admins, and process it as needed to operate the Apps, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having the right to enter it (e.g. not impersonating another player).
Session and tournament data (rounds, scores, brackets, standings) belongs to the club that created it. Club admins can export, edit, or delete this data through the Apps' own tools. We don't independently sell, rent, or share this data with third parties outside of what's described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Apps available and working correctly but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid functionality.
The Apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K6 Pickleball's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.
You can stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
