Most hosts get going without a tutorial. A typical session goes like this.

Sign In & Configure Your Session
Sign in with email or Google, link to your club, then name the session, pick the venue, set courts, choose doubles or singles, pick a format and set your win, draw and loss points.

Add Your Players
Add players manually, or on Full Access import a CSV or pull straight from an OpenSports attendee export. Add DUPR ratings for seeding and forecasts. Lock fixed partners. Add latecomers any time, even mid-session.

Generate & Play
Tap once to generate the round. Courts are assigned and sit-outs rotated fairly. The venue Display Board updates on its own and the game timer runs on both screens.

Score, Repeat & Review
Enter scores yourself, or let players enter them from their phones or the Display Board for you to accept. Standings update as scores come in. At the end, post the results share card, or download the CSVs and Wrap-up card on Full Access.

Common questions answered.

Does K6 PSM work on iPhone?
Yes. K6 PSM runs in any modern browser: Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, or any desktop browser. There's nothing to install, and you can add it to your home screen for a full-screen experience.
Do I need internet access on court?
Yes. Sessions sync in real time, so the host device, Display Board and players' phones all need a connection. Normal mobile data is enough.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic is free with no time limit: Random Partner and Pool Play for up to 24 players, one active session at a time, with live scoring, standings and the results share card.
How many players can a session handle?
Basic sessions take up to 24 players. Full Access has no player cap, so you can run as many courts as your venue has.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing but the price. Both give you identical Full Access. Annual is US$99 a year, which saves about two months compared with paying US$10 a month.
Does the subscription cover my whole club or just me?
Each host who runs sessions needs their own plan, either Basic (free) or Full Access. Players on court never need an account or a subscription to view their rounds or enter scores.
Can players enter their own scores?
Yes, with Full Access. Players scan the Player Scorecard QR and enter scores for their court, or enter them on the Display Board. Those scores show as pending until the host accepts them, and anything the host enters always takes priority.
How long is session data kept?
Sessions are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Download your results CSVs and share card before then if you want a permanent record.
How do I set up the Display Board?
Open the Display Board on the venue screen, sign in with your club's board login and tap the venue. That's a one-off step: the board then follows every session run at that venue. Display Board and Kiosk Dashboard are part of Full Access.
What is DUPR and do I need it?
DUPR is a worldwide pickleball skill rating. It's optional. Ratings are used for seeding Summit Rumble, Ladder Climb and pools, and for score forecasts. Random Partner works fine without any ratings.
How do I join my club?
Ask your club for its K6 PSM join link or join code. Once you're linked to a club you can't switch yourself; email support@k6pickleball.com if you need to move.
Does my K6 PSM account work in K6 PTM too?
Yes. K6 PSM and K6 PTM (K6 Pickleball Tournament Manager) use the same login, so one account covers both tools.
Can I try Full Access before subscribing?
Yes. Start a free 21-day trial from the Account panel in the app, with no credit card. When it ends you drop back to Basic unless you subscribe.
