From first open to your first round in under 5 minutes. Every step here works on the free Basic plan. Features marked Full Access need the 21-day trial or a subscription.

Step 1: Open the App & Sign In

The app on first open: tap Log in to get started

Open K6PSM in your browser or app

Go to k6pickleball.com/k6psm/k6psm.html in any browser. There's nothing to install. Add it to your home screen for a full-screen, app-like experience.

Tap "Log in" in the top-right header

The login panel slides up showing two tabs: Sign In and Sign Up.

New user? Tap Sign Up

Enter your Full Name, Email Address, and a Password (minimum 8 characters, must include upper and lower case letters and a number). Re-enter your password to confirm it. Tap Create Account.

A password strength meter shows as you type. Aim for Good or Strong.

Returning user? Sign In

Enter your email and password and tap Sign In, or tap Continue with Google. Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password? and a reset link is emailed to you.

You're signed in. Now link your club

New accounts start on the free Basic plan. You'll be asked to link to your club: open the join link your club shared, or enter its join code. Setting up a new club? Start the free 21-day trial first, then create the club. See the Admin Guide.

Email already registered? If you try to Sign Up with an email that already has an account, the app will prompt you to Sign In instead rather than creating a duplicate account.

Step 2: Create a Session

A session holds the players and rounds for one playing day at one venue. Any signed-in host can create one. Basic allows one active session at a time; Full Access allows several.

The wizard opens automatically on first use

When you have no session yet, the Set Up Your Session wizard opens automatically. After that, tap New Session on the Sessions tab.

Enter a session name

The name is pre-filled with today's date. Change it to anything meaningful, then pick the Venue: choose an existing venue or type a new one to add it. Venue Display Boards follow the sessions running at their venue.

Set the number of courts

Use the − and + buttons to set how many courts are available. The app uses this to work out how many players sit out each round.

Choose Play Mode and Format

Mode: 🏸 Doubles (4 players per court) or 🎾 Singles (2 players per court).

Format:
• 🎲 Random Partner: partners and opponents change each round, with repeat pairings avoided. Supports fixed partners.
• 🏔 Summit Rumble (Full Access): winners face winners each round, so the strongest players rise to the top courts.
• 🪜 Ladder Climb (Full Access): winners move up a court, losers move down.
• 👥 Pool Play: turn on in the Session Setup panel on the Matches tab to split players into pools.

Scoring Points: set the points for a win, draw and loss. Defaults are 3 / 1 / 0.

Tap "Create Session & Add Players"

The session is created and you land on the Matches tab with the Session Setup panel open. Confirm your settings, then tap Players in the bottom nav to add players.

Returning sessions: The Sessions tab lists your club's sessions with a club filter and sort. Tap any to load it. Sessions are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Step 3: Add Players

Tap the blue + button (bottom right)

The Add Players sheet slides up. Enter a name and optional DUPR rating and tap Add, or press Enter to add the next player straight away.

Or import a list (Full Access)

In the same sheet, choose Upload CSV (Name, optional Rating, one per line; a template is provided) or Upload OpenSports Attendee CSV, which imports only players marked Going.

Watch the count bar update

The Playing / Sitting out bar above the player list updates in real time. Green check = active; grey minus = not included in the next generated round.

Mark players as sitting out

Tap the green circle on a player card to toggle them between Playing and Not playing in the next generated round. Excluded players stay out of match generation until you include them again.

Ready to generate

When enough players are active (at least 4 for doubles, 2 for singles), the ⚡ Generate Matches banner appears at the top of the Players tab. Tap it to go straight to the Matches tab and generate your first round.

Minimum and maximum players: You need at least 4 active players for Doubles and 2 for Singles. Basic sessions take up to 24 players; Full Access has no cap.

Step 4: Generate Matches

Tap "Matches" in the bottom navigation

The Matches tab opens with the Session Setup panel. Check the courts, mode and format. If anything is wrong, tap the panel header and change it.

Tap "⚡ Generate Round" at the bottom

The button briefly shows ⏳ Generating… then the round appears. Court cards show team matchups with colour-coded court numbers.

Check the Sitting Out and Not Included rows

Below each round header you'll see:
• 🪑 Sitting Out: players the app rotated off this round, kept fair across the session.
• 🚫 Not Included: players you switched off on the Players tab. They stay out until you switch them back on.

Not happy with the matchups? Tap Shuffle Current Round

Shuffle regenerates the current round with a new draw, keeping fixed partners and exclusions. If scores are already entered, the app asks you to confirm first because those scores will be removed. It also warns you if the previous round has missing scores before generating the next one.

Sit-out rotation: The algorithm tracks who has sat out across all rounds and prioritises players who have sat out the most to play next. The rotation is automatic and fair.

Step 5: Enter Scores

Tap a score input field on a court card

Each court card has two score fields, one per team. Tap either field to open the number keyboard. Any signed-in host can enter scores.

Type the score and move to the next field

Enter the score (e.g. 11) and move to the next field. Scores save as soon as you leave the field. The winning team turns green with a WIN badge.

Check the forecast (optional)

If players have DUPR ratings, a 📈 Forecast shows below the match. It's a predicted score based on the average team ratings, for interest only.

Let players enter their own scores (Full Access). On the Sessions tab, tap the 📱 Player Scorecard QR icon on the session. Players scan it and enter scores for their own court with no login. Their score appears as a "Player entered X–Y, tap to accept" badge on your court card, and anything you enter yourself always overrides it. See the Player Scorecard tab above for the full rundown.

Step 6: View Standings & End Session

Tap "Standings" in the bottom navigation

The Results sub-tab shows all players ranked by Win %, with 🥇🥈🥉 medals for the top three. Each row shows Wins/Losses, Win %, and Points Difference.

View the Head 2 Head matrix (Full Access)

Tap the Head 2 Head sub-tab to see who has played with and against whom. Tap any player row to see their full partner and opponent history across all rounds.

Download results
Tap the Downloads sub-tab. Available exports:
- Results Share Card: a branded leaderboard image (every plan)
- Match Schedule: all rounds, courts and scores as CSV (Full Access)
- Player Results: final standings with Win % and points as CSV (Full Access)
- Session Wrap-up: highlights card with top player, dominant pairing, highest score and closest match (Full Access)

End the session

When the day is done, tap 🏁 End Session on the Matches tab. Download your results, then view Final Standings or start a new session. Sessions are deleted automatically after 30 days, so download anything you want to keep.

Signing In, Plans & Access

Everyone signs in with their own account. What you can do depends on your plan, shown next to your name in the header.

Basic Free	Create and run sessions with Random Partner and Pool Play for up to 24 players, one active session at a time. Live scoring, standings, game timer and the results share card.
Full Access ★ Full Access	Everything in Basic plus Summit Rumble, Ladder Climb, no player cap, multiple active sessions, Player Scorecard, Display Board, Kiosk Dashboard, fixed partners, CSV import and export, Head 2 Head, Wrap-up card and club management. Available on the 21-day trial or a subscription.
Player on court (no account)	Scans the Player Scorecard QR to view their rounds and enter scores for their court.

Controls for Full Access features stay visible on Basic but are greyed out with a Full Access only note, so you can see what an upgrade adds.

Fill in Full Name, Email, Password and Confirm Password
Password must be at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. The strength meter shows Too Short → Weak → Fair → Good → Strong.

Agree to the Terms and tap Create Account
If the email is already registered, you'll be prompted to sign in instead. New accounts start on Basic.

Forgot password?
Tap Forgot password? below the password field and a reset link is emailed to you. Not receiving it? Ask your club admin, who can send another or give you a reset link directly.

Temporary password?
If your account was set up for you with a temporary password, you'll be asked to set your own password the first time you sign in.

Sign Out

Tap your name pill in the header → Sign Out. You have 4 seconds to tap Cancel in the confirmation toast if you change your mind.

My Account, Profile & Subscription

Tap your name pill in the header to open the Account panel.

Edit your profile
Update First Name, Last Name and Rating, then tap Save Profile.

Set your rating
Enter your DUPR rating if you have one (e.g. 3.5). If you don't, complete the BBPC Skill Assessment. Ratings are used for seeding and score forecasts.

Your club
Shows the club you're linked to. Clubs can't be changed once joined; email support@k6pickleball.com if you need to move.

Subscription
Start the free 21-day trial, choose US$10/month or US$99/year (identical features), or open Manage Billing once subscribed. When a trial or subscription ends you drop back to Basic.

Appearance and password
Switch between Light, Dark and Auto themes, and change your password.

Sessions

A session holds the players and rounds for one playing day at one venue. Sessions are saved in real time, scoped to your club, and deleted automatically after 30 days.

Creating a Session

Tap New Session on the Sessions tab
The Session Wizard opens. It also opens automatically when you have no session yet.

Enter a name, venue, courts, mode, format and scoring points
See Step 2 in the Quick Start for each setting. Venue is required so Display Boards can find the session.

Tap Create Session & Add Players
You land on the Matches tab with the Session Setup panel open. Settings can be changed any time before generating a round.

Basic allows one active session at a time. End your current session before starting another, or upgrade to Full Access to run several.

Switching & Managing Sessions

Open the Sessions tab
All your club's sessions are listed. Filter by club and sort by newest or A → Z. Tap any session to load it.

Rename or delete a session
Each session row has rename and delete buttons. Deleting is permanent.

Re-activate a session
An ended session can be re-activated from the Session Setup panel if you need to carry on.

Venue Board & Player Scorecard (Full Access)

Tap the 📺 Venue Board button in the header to see whether this session is showing at its venue, and to show it or take it off the board. Tap the 📱 Player Scorecard QR icon on the session row to show the QR players scan, copy the link, or show and hide the QR on the Display Board.

Tap the + button (bottom right)
Choose Add Manually: enter a name and optional rating and press Enter to add the next one quickly.

Import a CSV (Full Access)
Upload CSV with Name and optional Rating, one per line. Download the template from the same screen.

Import from OpenSports (Full Access)
Upload OpenSports Attendee CSV exported from your OpenSports event. Only players marked Going are imported.

Player Cards

Element	Meaning / Action
✅ Green toggle	Player is active and included in the next round. Tap to exclude.
➖ Grey toggle	Not playing in the next generated round. Tap to include again.
› Chevron	Opens the player action sheet: edit name and rating, skip next round, partner with, must play against, change pool, remove from session.

Above the list, the Playing / Sitting out bar updates as you toggle players, and the ⚡ Generate Matches banner appears once enough players are active. Sort by Order Added, Name or Rating.

Fixed Partners & Forced Opponents (Full Access)

Partner with…
Open a player's action sheet and choose Partner with…. The pair stays together for every round of the session until you remove it. Works with Random Partner.

Must play against…
Choose an opponent and the two are placed on opposing teams in the next round.

Review fixed pairs
Player Management lists every fixed pair, so you can check or remove them in one place.

Summit Rumble and Ladder Climb don't support partner pairing, because winners and losers are regrouped every round.

Removing Players

Use Remove from Session in the action sheet, or Player Management to select several and tap Remove Selected. Past rounds keep their scores.

Mode	Doubles / Singles	Doubles = 4 per court. Singles = 2 per court.
Format	Random Partner / Pool Play / Summit Rumble / Ladder Climb	How teams and courts are assigned. Summit Rumble and Ladder Climb are Full Access.
Round 1 Seeding Order	High to Low / Low to High / Random	How Summit Rumble and Ladder Climb seed the first round, using ratings.
Standings Calculations	Win / Draw / Loss points	Points per result, used in the standings.

Pool Play

Turn on Pool Play and set the number of pools
Set courts per pool, then allocate players by Snake Seed, Rank Split, or Manually allocate (tap players, then tap a pool).

Play within pools
Pools lock once play starts. Each pool plays Random Partner within itself.

Recombine
Tap 🔀 Recombine Pools to bring everyone back into one pool for the rest of the session.

Generating & Managing Rounds

Tap ⚡ GENERATE ROUND
The new round appears and earlier rounds collapse. Generating locks the previous round so players can no longer change its scores from the Scorecard.

Check Sitting Out and Not Included
Sitting Out = rotated by the app. Not Included = excluded by you on the Players tab.

Shuffle the current round
Tap Shuffle Current Round for a new draw. If scores are already entered you'll be asked to confirm, as they'll be removed.

Missing scores check
If the last round has missing scores, the app asks whether to go back and fill them in before generating.

Delete a round
Tap Delete in the round header. An Undo toast lets you reverse it straight away.

End Session
Tap 🏁 End Session, download your results, then view Final Standings or start a new session.

Entering & Accepting Scores

Tap a score field on a court card and type the score. Scores save as you leave the field. With Full Access, scores entered by players on the Scorecard or the Display Board appear as a "Player entered X–Y, tap to accept" badge. Tap it to accept.

Host entries always win. Whatever you enter in K6PSM overrides a player's entry, before or after, locked round or not.

Game Timer

Tap the ⏱ timer button
Set minutes and seconds, then ▶ Start. Pause, Stop and Reset are alongside.

Synced to the venue board
The countdown shows on the Display Board and Kiosk Dashboard, turning red in the final minute.

Countdown Settings
Set a default time, beep and alarm volume, the alarm sound (Air Horn, Double Tone, Buzzer or Bell) and an optional game start sound.

Results

Players ranked by Win %, then point differential per game, with 🥇🥈🥉 for the top three. Updates live as scores come in.

Clubs, Venues & Join Links

Every account belongs to one club. A club's sessions, venues and display boards are kept separate from every other club.

Joining a club

Open your club's join link, or enter its join code
You're asked to link a club after signing in. Ask whoever runs your club for the link.

Your club is then fixed
You can't change clubs yourself. Email support@k6pickleball.com if you need to move.

Creating a club (Full Access)

Start the free trial or subscribe
Creating a club needs Full Access.

Create the club
On the link-your-club screen tap Create Club, or use + New Club on the Clubs tab. You become its admin.

Share the join link
Open Club Join Link and copy it for your hosts. New Code replaces it, and the old link stops working. Players using the Scorecard don't need it.

Venues (Full Access)

Venues are added from the Session Wizard and managed from the Clubs tab. Renaming a venue keeps every paired board working. Archiving hides it from new sessions and board setup; boards already paired keep working.

Club admins can open the Users tab to help members who can't sign in.

Search and filter
Search by name or email and filter by club. The badge shows the filtered count.

Send a password reset email
Tap Reset Password on a user to email them a reset link.

Copy a reset link
If the email isn't arriving, generate a reset link instead. Nothing is sent: copy it and pass it on by text, WhatsApp or in person. Links expire, so generate a fresh one if it goes stale.

Plans aren't assigned from this screen. Each host starts their own free trial or subscribes from their Account panel.

Open the page on the screen
Open the Display Board (k6pickleball.com/k6psm/k6psm-sd.html) or Kiosk Dashboard (k6pickleball.com/k6psm/k6psm-kd.html) in the browser on the TV, tablet or laptop at your venue.

Sign in with your club's display board login
This is a separate login for your club's screens, not a personal account. Ask your club admin if you don't have it.

Tap your venue
The screen pairs to that venue and follows whatever session is running there, now and for every future session. You only do this once.

If several sessions run at the venue, pick one
The screen asks which session it's for and stays on it until that session finishes.

Venue not listed? Create a session at that venue in K6PSM first. It appears in the list straight away. Tap ↻ Refresh venue list if needed.

In K6PSM, the host taps the 📺 Venue Board button in the header to check the session is showing at its venue, or to take it off the board. To change the venue a screen is paired to, open ⚙ Settings → Connect / Change Venue.

Reading the Display

Element	Meaning
Court colour and number	Each court has its own colour so players can find it quickly.
Player names	Team 1 on top, Team 2 below.
Score	Shown once entered. The winning score is highlighted.
📈 Forecast	Predicted score based on DUPR ratings, shown before the match.
〰️ Pending score	A dashed gold badge marks a score entered by a player that the host hasn't accepted yet.
🪑 Sitting Out	Players rotated off this round.
🚫 Not Included	Players the host excluded from upcoming rounds.
⏱ Timer	Countdown synced with the host. Turns red in the final minute.
🔔 New-round toast	Appears whenever the host generates a new round.

Scores, Results & the Scorecard QR

Enter a score on the board
Tap a court to enter its score. It's saved as pending until the host accepts it in K6PSM, and the host's own entry always wins.

Opens the current standings, sortable by wins or points difference, with a round selector.

📱 Scorecard QR
Shows the Player Scorecard QR full screen so players can scan it off the board. The host can also switch it on or off from K6PSM. Toggle it off to return to the live courts.

Club Info Between Rounds

Turn on Show Club Information/Announcements between Rounds in Settings. Your announcements then rotate onto the board between rounds.

Add, edit and delete announcements. Short and punchy works best on screen.

Timing and placement
Set how long each item shows, the time between items, the font size, and whether it sits at the top, middle or bottom of the screen.

Bulk edit with CSV
Export downloads every item with its ID. Importing updates rows with a matching ID, adds rows with a blank ID, and deletes items whose ID isn't in the file. Every import asks you to confirm, and an Undo banner appears afterwards.

Settings & Options

Open Settings
Tap ☰ then ⚙ Settings. Settings are protected by a 4-digit PIN (default 0000). Change it under Change Settings PIN. There's no recovery for a forgotten PIN, so note it somewhere safe.

Theme and layout
Choose Dark, Light or Ice. Switch to Portrait Mode for a tablet standing upright. Adjust player name size.

Game Timer Alerts
Beep and alarm volume, alarm sound and game start sound, the same options as K6PSM.

Venue Sessions, Full Screen and Refresh
In the ☰ menu. Full Screen hides the browser bar on TVs and tablets.

Club Login
Log Out of This Club signs the screen out. You'll need the display board login to sign back in.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
"Reconnecting…" banner	The screen has lost its connection. It reconnects on its own once Wi-Fi or data is back.
Board shows "Waiting for Round Data"	No round has been generated yet, or this session isn't showing at the venue. In K6PSM, tap 📺 Venue Board and choose Show on the venue board.
Wrong session showing	Open ☰ → Venue Sessions and pick the right one.
Venue missing from the list	Create a session at that venue in K6PSM, then tap Refresh venue list.
Screen keeps sleeping	Tap the screen. On Android, enable "Stay awake while charging" in Developer Options.
Names cut off	Reduce the player name font size in Settings or switch layout.

K6PSM Kiosk Dashboard

A four-tile venue screen: game timer, court allocation and court draw, club announcements, and your other sessions. Works on nights K6PSM isn't running. Full Access feature.

Game Timer Tile

Start, pause and stop the timer from the tile itself or from K6PSM on the host's phone; each reflects the other. With no session running, the kiosk runs the timer on its own, sounds included.

Timer buttons on the kiosk need a second tap to confirm (they pulse red), so a stray tap can't stop or reset a game.

Sounds (game start, the 5-second countdown and the end alarm) are set under ⚙ → Game Timer Alerts.

Court Allocation & Court Draw

Court Allocation

Edit Court Allocations
Set the total courts and add session groups such as Competitive, Social or Come & Try, each with its own court numbers.

Save as a template
Templates are saved per venue and only show on boards paired to that venue. Tap one to reload it next time, or use Use This Layout Now without saving.

Reallocate on the night
Tap a court then tap a group (or drag it) to move it. This doesn't change your saved templates.

Court Draw

Turn on 🃏 Court Draw
Tap the Court Draw button on the Court Allocation tile. Pick up to 4 groups if your layout has more.

Players tap their group
Each player is handed an open court, four to a court. "You're on Court X!" shows for a few seconds.

Start a new round
Tap New Round to clear the draw. Starting the game timer also clears it. If players have already drawn, you're asked whether to keep the current draw or clear it.

Untick Include in Court Draw for groups that go straight to set courts, like Skills & Drills or Come 'n' Try.

Club Announcements & Other Sessions

Club Announcements
Rotate through your club's announcements. Managed the same way as on the Display Board, including CSV import and export.

Other Sessions
List other sessions and venues you run, each with a QR code linking to its booking page, so waiting players can see and join them. Choose which board each one shows on.

Undo
Deleting an announcement, an Other Session or a court template, or running a CSV import, shows an Undo banner for about 10 seconds.

K6 Player Scorecard

Players view their own rounds and enter their own scores on their phone, with no login and no app to install. They just scan a QR code. Available when the host has Full Access.

Getting Players Connected

Host shows the Player Scorecard QR
On the Sessions tab, the host taps the 📱 Player Scorecard QR icon on the session. It shows a large QR code and a link that can be copied and sent to players.

Players scan with their own phone camera
No app, no account, no PIN. The link opens the Player Scorecard straight into that session. Scanning is the only step.

The QR code can be shown any time
The host can put the QR full screen on the Display Board from K6PSM (Show on Display Board / Hide from Display Board) whenever new players arrive, or players can tap 📱 Scorecard QR on the board itself.

There's no player sign-in. Anyone with the QR or link can see the live rounds and enter scores for their own matches. That's deliberate, to keep things quick on a busy court.

Scroll through court cards
Unlike the Display Board's single-screen grid, the Player Scorecard scrolls vertically, one court card at a time, so it's easy to use on a phone.

Find your court
Sitting-out and not-included players are pinned at the top of the list with the same red/grey banners used on the Display Board, so it's obvious at a glance if you're not playing this round.

Switch rounds with the round selector
Tap the round selector to flip back and check a previous round's score, or forward once the host has generated the next one.

Check the forecast
Same DUPR-based forecast score shown in K6PSM and on the Display Board, calculated the same way, appears here too when players have ratings set.

Entering Scores

Tap your court card to open the score entry modal
Enter each team's score and confirm. There's no separate save button beyond confirming. The score goes live straight away.

The host sees it straight away
A green "Player entered X–Y, tap to accept" badge appears on the host's matching court card in K6PSM the moment a player submits a score for an unlocked round.

Anyone on the court can enter it
Scores aren't tied to a particular player. Any phone viewing that round can submit its score, the same as calling it out to the host.

The host in K6PSM always wins. If the host enters or edits a score directly in K6PSM, before or after a player submits one on the scorecard, the host's entry and overwrites whatever the player entered. A locked round (see below) also blocks any further player-side edits, but never blocks the host.

Locked Rounds

Rounds lock automatically
Generating a new round in K6PSM auto-locks the previous one. Tapping 🏁 End Session locks the final round too.

A locked round shows "scores submitted/locked"
Once locked, the player scorecard shows this indicator on that round and no longer accepts new score entries for it from players.

The host can still override a locked round
Locking only applies to player-side edits. The host can go back into any past round in K6PSM at any time and correct a score, locked or not.

My Results, Standings & Settings

Tap 👤 My Results for your own history
Since there's no login, pick your name from the dropdown at the top of the modal first. It then shows your personal standings line plus a round-by-round log of your results for the session, using the same scoring and tie-break logic used on the Standings tab.

Tap 🏆 Standings for the full leaderboard
Standings only count locked/reconciled rounds, so the table won't shift around while scores are still being entered for the round in progress.

Tap ⚙️ for display settings
Toggle dark or light theme and adjust player name text size. These are the same settings available on the Display Board.

Get a toast when a new round drops
A toast notification appears on the Player Scorecard (and the Display Board) the moment the host generates a new round, so players know to check their next court.

Club Setup Checklist

Create your account
Sign up with email or Google. New accounts start on the free Basic plan.

Get Full Access
Open your Account panel and tap Start 21-Day Trial (no card needed), or subscribe at US$10/month or US$99/year through secure Stripe checkout.

Create your club
On the link-your-club screen tap Create Club. You become its admin.

Share the join link with your hosts
Clubs tab → Club Join Link → Copy Link. Hosts open it and sign in to join. Each host runs on Basic for free, or gets their own Full Access.

Create your first session at a venue
The venue you type in the wizard is added to your club.

Set up your venue screens
Open the Display Board or Kiosk Dashboard on the screen, sign in with the club's display board login, and tap the venue. See the Display Board tab.

Done! Your screens now follow every session run at that venue, with nothing to set up next time.

Start the trial
Account panel → Start 21-Day Trial. The panel shows how many days are left.

Subscribe
Tap the monthly or annual button to go to Stripe checkout. You can subscribe during your trial.

Manage or cancel
Once subscribed, tap Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.

When a trial or subscription ends
You drop back to Basic. Your club membership stays. Full Access controls are greyed out until you upgrade again.

Each host who runs sessions needs their own plan. Players using the Player Scorecard never need an account.

Typical Session Day

Sign in and create a session
Sessions tab → New Session. Set name, venue, courts, mode, format and points.

Check the venue screen (Full Access)
The Display Board picks up the session automatically. Tap 📺 Venue Board in the header to confirm it's showing.

Share the Player Scorecard (Full Access)
Show the QR from the session row, or put it on the Display Board, so players can enter their own scores.

Add today's players
Add manually, or import a CSV or OpenSports export. Set fixed partners if needed.

Generate Round 1 and start the timer
Tap ⚡ Generate Round, then start the timer from your phone or the board.

Enter or accept scores
Type scores yourself or tap the "Player entered" badge to accept a player's score. Your entry always wins.

Generate the next rounds
The app rotates sit-outs fairly and warns you about missing scores.
8
End the session and download results
Tap 🏁 End Session and download the share card, CSVs and Wrap-up card. Sessions are deleted after 30 days.

Helping Members Sign In

Search for the member by name or email.

Send a reset email
Tap Reset Password to email them a reset link.

Email not arriving?
Generate a reset link instead and send it yourself by text, WhatsApp or in person. Links expire, so make a fresh one if needed.

Moving clubs
Members can't change clubs themselves. They email support@k6pickleball.com.
